Dokumentu pārvaldības sistēma Rīgas psihiatrijas un narkoloģijas centrā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir Dokumentu pārvaldības sistēma Rīgas psihiatrijas un narkoloģijas centrā. Galvenā problēma ir pašreizējā dokumentu aprite, kura tiek vērtēta kā neefektīva, tā aizņem lielu daļu no darbinieku kopējā darba laika, kā arī tā neļauj Rīgas psihiatrijas un narkoloģijas centram attīstīties un uzlabot kopējo medicīnas pakalpojumu kvalitāti. Diplomdarba mērķis – izanalizēt Latvijas informāciju tehnoloģiju uzņēmumu piedāvātās elektronisko dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas un, pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, ieteikt piemērotāko sistēmu Rīgas psihiatrijas un narkoloģijas centram. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta RPNC darbība. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti un izanalizētas Latvijas IT uzņēmumu piedāvātās sistēmas. Trešajā nodaļā tiek noteiktas Rīgas psihiatrijas un narkoloģijas centra prasības, kā arī sistēmas tiek salīdzinātas un novērtētas pēc dažādiem kritērijiem Atslēgvārdi: dokumenti, dokumentu pārvaldība, dokumentu plūsma, sistēmas.

Subject of the diploma paper is Document management system of Riga psychiatric and addiction center. Main problem is the current document circulation that is assessed an inefficient because it takes a great part of the total working time of workers. It doesn’t allow the Riga psychiatric and addiction center to develop and improve the total quality of medical services. Aim of the diploma paper – to analyse the electronic document management systems offered by Latvian information technology companies and to suggest the most suitable one for the Riga psychiatric and addiction center on the grounds of the results obtained. The diploma paper consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter analyses the work of Riga psychiatric and addiction center. The second chapter discusses and analyses the systems offered by Latvian IT companies. The third chapter defines the requirements of the Riga psychiatric and addiction center, and the systems are compared and assessed according to different criteria.
