Projekts Ražošanas firmas "MB mēbeles" izveidošana

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir radīt jaunu uzņēmumu, kas ražos mēbeles pēc individuāliem pasūtījumiem. Ideja par šāda uzņēmuma izveidošanu ir saistīta ar to, ka konkrēti Salaspilī arī tiek būvētas daudz jaunu māju, taču esošie uzņēmumi nevar apmierināt pieprasījumu. Projektā tiek plānota jauna uzņēmuma izveidošana ar statusu sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību, kas ražos mēbeles pēc individuālā pasūtījuma. Tā pamatkapitāls tiek plānots 3 500 Ls apmērā. Jaunais uzņēmums potenciālajiem klientiem piedāvās pilnu apkalpošanas kompleksu – telpas uzmērīšanu, projekta izstrādi, mēbeļu izgatavošanu (pasūtīšanu un salikšanu), piegādi un uzstādīšanu. Uzņēmuma darbībai nepieciešamajiem pamatlīdzekļiem un instrumentiem, kā arī telpu pielāgošanai tiks noformēts kredīts 6 000 Ls uz 3 gadiem.

The aim of the work is to create new enterprise which will produce furniture on individual inquiries. The idea about establishing such enterprise is connected to the fact that a lot of new houses are built at Salaspils, but the existing enterprises cannot satisfy such demand. The establishment of a new enterprise in the form of limited liability company, which will produce furniture on individual inquiries is planned in the project. The equity capital is planned to be 3 500 LVL. The new enterprise will offer its potential clients full service complex – measurement of the premises, projecting work, production of the furniture (ordering and compiling), delivery and mounting. The credit of 6 000 LVL will be formed for the period of 3 years for the purchase of necessary capital assets and instruments.
