SIA "SWF Avoti" finansiālā stāvokļa analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarbā tika veikta uzņēmuma SIA „SWF AVOTI” finanšu analīze. Uzņēmuma darbības veids ir kokapstrādes uzņēmums, kas ražo mēbeles un mēbeļu detaļas. Pētāmais periods ir trīs gadi – no 2008. gada līdz 2010. gadam. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām – finanšu analīzes teorētiskā aspekta, uzņēmuma SIA”SWF AVOTI” raksturojuma un finansiālā stāvokļa analīzes. Tika izmantota finanšu pārskatu horizontālā un vertikālā analīze. Darbā ir iekļauta likviditātes, maksātspējas, aktivitātes un rentabilitātes analīze. Bankrota prognozēšanā ir izmantoti E. Altmana, G. Springeita Z modeļi, Ž. Korāna un M. Godlēra Q modelis, kā arī M. Zmijevska, R. Šorina un I. Voronovas X modeļi. Uzņēmums aizņem vidēji lielu daļu no kopējā tirgus. Finansiāli vissliktākais bija 2008. gads un uzņēmumam bija problēmas ar īstermiņa saistību segšanu. Darbā izmantoti LR likumdošanas akti, dažādu autoru darbi un uzņēmuma gada pārskati.

The financial analysis of the company SIA „SWF AVOTI” was done in the diploma work. The business of the company is wood-processing (to manufacture furniture and the parts of furniture). Period of the investigation include three years - from 2008 to 2010. The work consists of the three parts - a financial analysis of the theoretical aspect, description of the company SIA "SWF AVOTI” and analysis of financial situation. These methods were used in the financial statements of horizontal and vertical analysis. The analysis of the liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability were included in the work. The Q model of the J. Koran and M. Godlēra, Z models of the E. Altman, G. Springeita, and X models of the M. Zmijevska, R. Sorin and I. Voronov were used to determine forecasting of the bankruptcy. The company to take up an average of a large proportion of the total market. Financially the worst was the year of 2008, and the company had problems with short-term liabilities. The LR legal acts, different works of authors and the annual reports of the company were used in the diploma work.
