Enerģētikas politika Baltijas valstīs ES2020 kontekstā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Baltijas enerģētikas politika ES2020 kontekstā” apskatīta situācija gan Baltijas valstu enerģētikas nozarē, gan kopējā Eiropas Savienības situācija enerģētikas nozarē. Maģistra darba mērķis ir Baltijas valstu elektroenerģijas politikas izpēte un attīstības virzieni, ES2020 stratēģijas kontekstā. Darbā tiek izpētīta elektroenerģijas nozare Baltijas valstīs īpaši koncentrējoties uz situāciju Latvijā. Mērķa sasniegšanai darbā izpētīta Eiropas Savienības izdotā stratēģija ES2020 un tās ietekme uz Baltijas valstīm, situācija Baltijas enerģētikas drošības jomā, Krievijas praktizētā enerģētikas politika, Latvijas enerģētikas stratēģija 2030, Baltijas valstu kopējo enerģētikas projektu attīstība un atjaunojamo energoresursu īpatsvara palielināšanas situācija Baltijas valstīs. Izpētes rezultātā konstatēts, ka situācija enerģētikas nozarē Baltijas valstīs attīstās ļoti strauji, ir ieguldīts liels darbs rezultātu panākšanai un tas arī tiek turpināts, tomēr ne visas jomas ir pieti

In the master thesis „Baltic energy policy in the context of EU2020”, energy situation in the EU and Baltic states has been examined. The target of the master thesis is to examine the Baltic energy policy and the possible solutions in the context of EU2020. The paper examines the situation of electric energy in the Baltic countries, with a particular focus on the situation in the Latvia. To achieve the target of this paper, there has been examined the strategy EU2020 and its impact on the Baltic states, situation in the Baltic energy security, Russian energy policy, Latvia’s energy strategy 2030, the common energy projects of Baltic states and the development of them, the situation in renewable energy. The results of the paper shows that Baltic states are developing their energy sectors very fast and have done a lot already, but still there is a lot to do and not all energy fields are developed in the way it should be.
