Šī diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt tiešo nodokļu piemērošanas problēmas un piedavāt tiešo nodokļu pilnveidošanu.
Latvija iestājas ES. Tāpēc ir svarīgi izvērtēt Savienības pieredzi, standartus un rekomendācijas kandidātvalstīm.
Dotais diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 pamatdaļām.
Pirmā daļa ir diplomdarba teorētiskā bāze. Tajā raksturota nodokļu būtība un funkcijas, analīzēti nodokļu starptautiskās aplikšanas problēmas. Nodokļiem ir visbūtiska nozīme valsts budžeta ieņēmumu veidošanā.
Otrajā daļā tiek veikta tiešo nodokļu analīze, dots to salīdzinošais vērtējums.
Trešā daļa tiek dots nodokļu konvenciju praktiskās pielietošanas Latvijā vērtējums.
Autors darbā ir atspoguļojis savu viedokli par konkrētiem ienākuma nodokļu politikas aspektiem un darba beigās apkopojis savus izdarītos secinājumus un izvirzītos priekšlikumus ienākuma nodokļu politikas efektivitātes paaugstināšanai.
Darba beigās tiek noformulēti galvenie secinājumi un priekšlikumi Latvijas Republikas tiešo nodokļu pilnveidošanai un ES nodokļu sistēmas atbilstībai.
Darbs satur vizuālu informāciju tabulu un attēlu veidā.Analīzei izmantotas statistikas un ekonomiskās analīzes metodes.
Darbs sastāv no 69 lapaspusēm ,3 attēliem ,9 tabulām un 1 pielikuma. The purpose of given work is to study problem of direct tax and to offer decision of this problems.
Latvia to enter in the European union. Therefore it is important to estimate its experience in tax sphere, standards and recommendations for countries - candidates.
The given work consists of three sections.
The first section represents theoretical base of this works. In it the essence of taxes, their functions is characterized, problems and ways of their decision in the international taxation are analyzed. The taxes are main income of budget formation.
In the second section the analysis of the direct tax, the comparative estimation is given.
The third section is devoted to analysis of tax system of Latvia, and also practical application of tax conventions in Latvia is estimated.
The Work includes also visual information presented in the form of tables and illustrations.
In this Work, the author expounded his opinion regarding specific aspects of income tax policy, and, in the ending Chapter, summarized his conclusions, as well as proposals aimed at increasing the efficiency of income tax policy.
In work the main conclusions are formulated and offers are given to improvement Latvian tax system and to its conformity to standards of the European union.
The Work consist of 69 pages ,3 illustrations , 9 tables and 1 enclosure.
