Engures ezera sateces baseina svešzemju augu sugu izplatības faktori

Abstract

ANOTĀCIJA

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot svešzemju augu sugu izplatību un to ietekmējošos faktorus Engures ezera sateces baseinā. Pētījuma ietvaros apkopoti dati, kas ievākti galvenokārt 2010. gada sugu inventarizācijas laikā, kā arī izmantoti atsevišķi herbāriju dati no par laika posmu kopš 1971. gada. Darba rezultātā izveidota datubāze, kurā iekļauti dati par 49 sugām, kopā 261 punktveida atradnēm. Izmantojot ArcGis programmu, sagatavotas sugu izplatības kartes 1 x 1 km regulārā kvadrātu tīklā. Izplatības kartes sagatavotas 18 sugām, kas teritorijā sastopamas visbiežāk vai uzskatāmas par invazīvām vai potenciāli invazīvām. Sagatavota arī sugu blīvuma karte, kas parāda kopējo svešzemju augu sugu skaitu katrā tīklojuma kvadrātā. Darbā analizēti dabiskie un antropogēnie faktori, kuri var ietekmēt un ietekmē svešzemju sugu izplatību teritorijā. Ņemtas vērā sugu izplatības kopsakarības – svešzemju sugu pašreizējo izplatības raksturs, atradņu izvietojums saistībā ar ainavas struktūru, sugu migrācijas ceļiem, kā arī sugu introdukcijas vēsturiskie aspekti un konkrētu sugu izplatības raksturs valstī. Teritorija raksturojama kā maz invadēta, lielākā daļa sugu sastopamas reti, lokāli un nelielā īpatsvarā. Galvenie sugu izplatību ietekmējošie faktori ir ainavas struktūra – dabisko un maz ietekmēto platību un apdzīvoto vietu un migrācijas ceļu (galvenokārt autoceļu) izvietojums, zemes lietojuma veidi un zemes izmantošanas intensitāte. Atsevišķu sugu izplatība liecina, ka to izplatība ir progresējoša, kā arī piemēroto biotopu un migrācijas ceļu esamība liecina, ka nākotnē varētu būt sagaidāma daudz plašāk to izplatīšanās.

Alien plant species and factors affecting their distribution in the Engure Lake basin.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to study the distribution of alien plant species and factors affecting their distribution in the Engure Lake basin. As a result, data from the field inventory (2010) were summarized. All available alien plant species records (mostly herbaria records) from the time period since the 1971 year were included in the data set. Data basis contains data on 49 alien species, totally 261 point localities. Species distribution maps in a 1 x 1 km regular grid were prepared using ArcGis software. The maps present distributions of selected 18 species, which were the most frequent in the area or considered as invasive or potentially invasive. Additionally, a map depicting the invasion rate (total number of alien species per grid unit) was prepared. In order to understand the overall spatial patterns of alien species, both natural and anthropogenic factors were analyzed, taking into account the current distribution of species, landscape structure, migration pathways, main species migration routes and historical aspects of species introduction as well as overall patterns of certain species on a country scale. Overall, the study area is low invaded by alien plants and is characteristic with relatively low or medium degree of human impacts. The major factors affecting the distribution and spread of alien plant species are the landscape patterns – the relation between natural and low-modified landscape patches and highly modified patches such as human settlements and roads, land use and intensity of land use. Spatial distribution patterns of certain species show that the spread of some species might be increasing the future as there are suitable habitats and suitable pathways promoting their spread.
