Nakts darba ietekme uz nodarbināto darba spējām un dzīves kvalitāti

Abstract

Maģistra darba ievaddaļā pamatota izvirzītās tēmas aktualitāte, konkretizēti pētījuma mērķi un uzdevumi, sniegts vispārīgs pārskats par darba struktūru. Maģistra darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām: literatūras apskats, metodiskā daļa, rezultāti un to analīze, izdarīti arī secinājumi un izstrādātas rekomendācijas. Darba gaitā tika analizēta pieejamā literatūra par izvēlēto tēmu, veikta darbinieku anketēšana un eksperimentāli noteiktas vispārējās darba spējas aptieku darbiniekiem, novērtēta dzīves kvalitāte. Iegūtā informācija tika apkopota un veikta datu apstrāde izmantojot datorprogrammu Microsoft Office Excell 2003 .

In the master paper introductory part, there is brought up the actuality of the propounded theme, the aims and objects are concretized and the general account about the structure of the paper is given. Master's thesis consists of four chapters: literature review, methodological part of the results and their analysis by the conclusions and recommendations. The group analyzed the available literature on the chosen topic, conducted employee survey and experimental work out the overall capacity of the pharmacy staff, evaluates the quality of life. Gained information was summarized and data processing was carried out by Microsoft Office Excell 2003.
