| dc.description.abstract | Lai arī ir veikti pētījumi, lai noskaidrotu sakarību starp insulīna rezistenci un endotēlija disfunkciju pacientiem ar metabolo sindromu, tomēr publicētie dati ir pretrunīgi un pastāv neskaidrības, tāpēc pētījumam izvirzījām šādus uzdevumus:
1.Noteikt insulīna rezistenci pacientiem ar metabolo sindromu ar un bez 2.tipa cukura diabēta;
2.Noteikt endotēlija disfunkciju (vazomotoru disfunkciju) pacientiem ar metabolo sindromu ar un bez 2.tipa cukura diabēta;
3.Noskaidrot saistību starp insulīna rezistenci, endotēlija disfunkciju un klīniski diagnostiskajiem rādītājiem. | en_US |
