Bibliotekārs – pedagogs kā informācijpratības veicinātājs skolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Bibliotekārs – pedagogs kā informācijpratības veicinātājs skolā” tiek pētīta bibliotekāra kā pedagoga loma skolas bibliotēkā un informācijpratības veicināšanas metodes vidusskolēniem. Pētnieciskā darba mērķa auditorija ir vidusskolēni. Darbā tiek pētītas vidusskolēnu psiholoģiskās iezīmes un vecumposma specifika, kāda atklājas tieši šajā vecumā. Kā arī vērsu uzmanību uz bibliotekāru prasmi būt gan bibliotekāram, gan pedagogam, lai spētu pēc iespējas labāk un produktīvāk veikt savu tiešo pienākumu – palīdzēt vidusskolēniem tapt informācijpratīgiem, veiksmīgi atrast un izmantot nepieciešamo informāciju. Savā darbā pieskāros arī informācijpratības definēšanai pēc būtības un funkcijas. Darba teorētisko daļu papildina praktiskais pētījums. Lai noskaidrotu vispusīgāk un iegūtu pēc iespējas objektīvākus datus, pielietoju divas pētniecības metodes – anketēšanu un interviju. Ar šo pētniecības metožu palīdzību mans mērķis bija noskaidrot vidusskolēnu viedokli par šo tēmu, kā arī uzzināt bibliotekāra domas.

In the Bachelor Paper “Librarian - Teacher as a Promoter of Information Literacy at School” The role of the librarian in the school libraries and promotion methods of information literacy for secondary school students are examined. The secondary school students are the audience of the research work. In the work psychological characteristics and the specifics of the age group that reveals during this age are examined. The Author also pay attention to the ability of the librarian to be both the librarian and the pedagogue in order to be able to accomplish in a better and more efficient way their professional responsibilities – to help secondary school students become more information literate and to be able to find and use the necessary information in a more successful way. In this work the Author also touch upon defining the information literacy in its terms and function. The theoretical part of the work is supplemented with a practical research. In order to obtain as objective data as possible the Author use two research methods – questionnaire and interview. My aim is with the help of these research methods to find out the opinion of the secondary school students about this topic as well as to find out the point of view of the librarian.
