Iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme organizācijas restrukturizācijas apstākļos: Rīgas 1. slimnīcas gadījuma analīze

Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme organizāciju restrukturizācijas apstākļos: Rīgas 1. slimnīcas gadījuma analīze". Bakalaura darba mērķis: novērtēt Rīgas 1. slimnīcas iekšējās komunikācijas efektivitāti restrukturizācijas apstākļos. Bakalaura darbā izvirzīta hipotēze: Rīgas 1. slimnīcas iekšējā komunikācija restrukturizācijas apstākļos bijusi neefektīva.
Bakalaura darba ietvaros autors veicis teorijas apkopojumu par organizācijas komunikāciju, sīkāk apskatot organizācijas iekšējo komunikāciju, efektīvas iekšējās komunikācijas priekšnosacījumus un iekšējās komunikācijas nozīmi pārmaiņu vadībā. Tāpat tika veiktas intervijas ar Rīgas 1. slimnīcas Personāla direktori, bijušo Sabiedrisko attiecību speciālisti un veikta anektēšana Rīgas 1. slimnīcas personāla vidū, lai novērtētu iekšējās komunikācijas situācijas raksturojumu restrukturizācijas periodā no 2009. gada septembrim līdz 2009. gada decembrim. Lai noskaidrotu, vai situācija iekšējās komunikācijas jomā ir līdzīga arī citās slimnīcās, papildus tika intervēts Balvu un Gulbenes slimnīcas apvienības Personāla daļas vadītājs un, Traumatoloģijas un ortopēdijas slimnīcas Kvalitātes vadības sistēmu grupas vadītāja.
Pētījuma rezultātā tiek secināts, ka Rīgas 1. slimnīcas darbinieki netika savlaicīgi informēti par plānotajām pārmaiņām, restrukturizācijas periodā organizācijas vadība pārmaiņas nekomunicēja pastāvīgi un stratēģiski, kā arī netika pārbaudīta komunikācijas efektivitāte un pārskatīts komunikācijas process pēc reorganizācijas. Līdz ar to iekšējā komunikācija Rīgas 1. slimnīcā restrukturizācijas periodā tiek vērtēta kā neefektīva – bakalaura darbā izvirzītā hipotēze ir pierādīta. Tāpat tiek secināts, ka Balvu un Gulbenes slimnīcas apvienības iekšējā komunikācija varētu tikt vērtēta kā efektīva, savukārt Traumatoloģijas un ortopēdijas slimnīcas iekšējā komunikācija – kā daļēji efektīva. Līdz ar to apgalvojums par neefektīvu iekšējo komunikāciju nevar tikt vispārināts attiecībā uz visām medicīnas iestādēm Latvijā.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no sešām nodaļām, deviņpadsmit attēliem un septiņiem pielikumiem. Kopējais bakalaura darba apjoms ir 71 lapaspuses, neieskaitot pielikumu.

The theme of this Bachelor paper is: The Importance of Internal Communication in the Organisation Restructing Conditions: Case study of Riga’s Hospital No.1 The aim of the bachelor paper: to evaluate the effectivity of internal communication during restructing conditions. The hypothesis proposed in the bachelor paper: The internal communication in the organisation restructing conditions has not been effective. In the frame of the thesis for Bachelor’s degree the author has gathered the information on communication of the organisation, focusing attention to the effective preconditions of internal communication and the significance of internal communication in the process of alteration of the working process. Besides the former director of the Personal Department Riga’s Hospital No.1 and the former social executive were interviewed. In addition there were performed questionaries of the personal of the Riga’s Hospital No.1. This was done to evaluate the quality of inner communication during the period of restructurization September 2009- December 2009. In order to find out either the situation in the field if internal communicatin is similar in other hospitals in Latvia, additionally interviews were arranged with the head of the Personal Department of Balvu and Gulbene joint Hospital and the head of the Quality securing group of of Riga’s hospital of Traumatology and Orthopedy
As a result of this investigation the author comes to the conclusion that the staff of the Riga’s Hospital No.1 was not informed in due time about the planned changes in the period of restructurization. The managers of the institution did not communicate the changes constantly and strategically, as well the effectivity of the communication and the process after reorganisation was not revised. With this the author of the investigation proves that communication in Riga’s Hospital No.1 is valuated as uneffective - that means- the hypothesis proposed in the bachelor paper is approved. Besides the author of the work comes to the conclusion, that in the organization of Balvu and Gulbene joint hospitals the internal communicatin can be evaluated as effective, while the internal communication of Riga’s Hospital of Traumatology and Orthopedy - as partly effective. As a result of investigation, the statement about the uneffective internal communication can not be related to all medical institutions of Latvia
The bachelor work consists of 6 chapters, nineteen pictures and seven supplements. The common amount of the work is 71 pages, except supplement.
