Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Reputācija uzņēmuma klientu vērtējumā: "airBaltic" gadījuma analīze”.
Darba pētnieciskā problēma ir mediju publikāciju ietekme uz „airBaltic” klientu reputācijas vērtējuma aspektiem. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt „airBaltic” reputāciju klientu vērtējumā, nosakot iespējamās sakarības starp vēstījumiem medijos un klientu raksturojumiem par uzņēmumu.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīta reputācijas un mediju dienas kārtības teorija. Empīriskajā daļā tiek izmantota kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze un klientu anketēšana. Darba struktūra ietver teorētisko, metodoloģisko un empīrisko daļu, kā arī secinājumu daļu darba nobeigumā.
Rezultātā iegūtie dati pierāda, ka mediju sniegtie vēstījumi ietekmē klientu raksturojumus par uzņēmumu, tādējādi ietekmējot arī uzņēmuma reputācijas novērtējumu.

Research problem is the impact of the media publications on „airBaltic” clients’ evaluation aspects of reputation. The aim of the paper is to research the reputation of „airBaltic” by defining the possible connections between the information in the media and clients’ descritiptions of the company.
In the theoretical part the theory of the reputation and the agenda of the media is explored. In the empirical part of the paper the quantitative and qualitative content analysis and client questionnaire is used. The paper consists of theoretical, methodological, empirical part and the conclusion.
The data gathered proves that the information provided in the media influences clients’ description of the corporation and it also makes the influance on evaluation of the corporate reputation.
