| dc.description.abstract | Darba mērķis bija pētīt šitakē un čagas ekstraktu iedarbību uz MDCK, C6, AGS, FM-55 un RD šūnām.
Noteica arī ekstraktu ietekmi uz asins mononukleārajām šūnām kuras izdalīja no perifērajām asinīm, un kultivēja ar šitakē un čagas ekstraktiem - limfocītu kultūru supernatantā ar Luminex xMAP tehnoloģiju atrada trīs citokīnus. Asins šūnas krāsoja ar Gimzas krāsu. Ar infrasarkano spektrometriju salīdzināja barotnes pirms un pēc 48 h inkubēšanas ar šūnām.
Gan šitakē, gan čagas ekstrakts samazināja šūnu daudzumu visās kultūrās, izņemot MDCK.
Šitakē ekstrakts stimulēja limfocitāro šūnu, galvenokārt, mazos limfocītus, bet čagas ekstrakts - monocītus un makrofāgus.
Čagas ekstrakts inducēja IL-6, EGF un INF-γ citokīnus.
Barotņu spektros pirms un 48 h pēc inkubācijas ar šūnām, būtisku izmaiņu nebija. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the work was to investigate effect of Shiitake and Chaga extracts on the MDCK, C6, AGS, FM-55 and RD cells.
Effect of the extracts was determinated also on the blood mononuclear cells, which was distributed of the peripheral blood and then cultivated with Shiitake and Chaga extracts. In supernatant of lymphocytes cultures with Luminex xMAP technology were found three cytokines. Blood cells were dryed with Giemsa chromatic. With infra-red spectrometry were compared medias before and 48h after incubation with cells.
Both extracts reduced quantity of cells in all cultures, except MDCK.
Extract of Shiitake stimulated lymphocytic cells, moustly small lymphocytes reproduction, but extract of Chaga- monocytes and macrophages.
Extract of Chaga induces IL-6, EGF un INF-γ cytokynes.
In spectrums of mediums significant diferences had not found. | en_US |
