Hloroplasti - proteīnu sintēzei un enerģijas transformācijas pētījumiem lietojama struktūra.
Mērķis: izvērtēt izolētu, kultivētu hloroplastu morfoloģiskās izmaiņas, novērtēt to spēju sintezēt rekombinantus proteīnus.
Maģistra darbs izstrādāts LU Bioloģijas fakultātes augu šūnu laboratorijā no 2012. gada līdz 2014. gadam.
Atslēgas vārdi: hloroplasti, konfokālā mikroskopija, hlorofila fluorescence, SEM. Chloroplasts – structure for protein synthesis and energy transformation.
Aim: evaluate isolated, cultivated chloroplast morphological changes and evaluate their ability to synthesize recombinant proteins.
The paper used a confocal laser scanning microscopy and bright field microscopy, SEM, the program " Image J" and " LAS AF Lite " , and vectors with GFP .
Isolated chloroplasts culture consist of three morphologically and functionally distinct groups . They watched the pellets structures, fluorescence and cross-sectional area changes autophagy process of fission and fusion characteristics. Transformed plastid imported expressing recombinant nucleic acids and proteins.
