Mākoņskaitļošana (Platforma kā serviss)

Abstract

Darbā apskatīts mākoņskaitļošanas jēdziens, apskatīti mākoņu veidi un izvietošanas veidi. Sīkāk tiek pētīts „Platforma kā serviss” (PaaS) mākoņu veids. Tiek apskatīti un izmēģināti vairāki risinājumi, kas piedāvā iespēju veikt programmatūras izstrādi mākonī, kā arī tika noteiktas izstrādes mākonī priekšrocības un trūkumi salīdzinājumā ar lokālo izstrādi. Darba mērķis ir apskatīt dažādus mākoņskaitļošanas PaaS risinājumus, noskaidrot, kādas ir šo risinājumu vispārīgās iespējas, salīdzināt vairākus pakalpojumu sniedzējus, kā arī novērtēt, vai PaaS pakalpojumu izmantošana ir ērtāka un izdevīgāka nekā lokālā programmatūras izstrāde.

This paper describes the concept of cloud computing, including different cloud and deployment types. Cloud type „Platform as a Service” (PaaS) is examined in more detail. Several solutions, which offer an opportunity to take advantage of software development in the cloud, are discussed and tested, identifying the disadvantages compared to local development. The goal of this paper is to examine different cloud computing PaaS solutions, to find out what are the general options of these solutions, to compare multiple service providers, as well as to assess if the use of the PaaS is more convenient and cheaper than the local software development.
