Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Akciju sabiedrības „Grindeks” finansu analīze Darba problēma: Pareiza līdzekļu un to avotu pārvaldīšana ir svarīgs faktors, lai uzņēmums sasniegtu labākus rezultātus augstas konkurences apstākļos, līdz ar to ir nepieciešams izpētīt AS ”Grindeks” darbības situāciju. Darba apjoma raksturojums: darba apjoms ir 85 lappuses, tas sastāv no trīs nodaļām un 10 pielikumiem. Darba ir izmantotas - 5 tabulas, 25 attēli, 27 formulas. Darbs ir izpildīts latviešu valodā. Bakalaura darba mērķis: uz AS „Grindeks” finanšu analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Darba uzdevumi: 1)uz literatūras pamata izpētīt finanšu analīzes nozīmi, metodes un veidus, kā arī izanalizēt finanšu analīzes koeficientus un E. Altmana piecfaktoru Z modeli 2)veikt uzņēmuma bilances un peļņas vai zaudējumu atskaišu horizontālo analīzi 3)veikt uzņēmuma bilances un peļņas vai zaudējumu atskaišu vertikālo analīzi 4)veikt finanšu koeficientu galveno grupu aprēķinus un analīzi; 5)noteikt firmas bankrota varbūtību izmantojot E. Altmana piecfaktoru Z modeli; 6)noteikt uzņēmuma galvenās attīstības problēmas un tendences; 7)uz analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus AS „Grindeks” finanšu situācijas uzlabošanai. Pētījuma objekts: Akciju sabiedrība „Grindeks”. Pētījuma priekšmets: Akciju sabiedrības „Grindeks” finansiālais stāvoklis Pētījuma periods: 2005. – 2009. gads. Diplomdarba struktūra: darbs sastāv no anotācijām latviešu, angļu un krievu valodā, ievada, 3 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta. Pirmajā nodaļā autore apraksta teorētisko informāciju, kas sniedz vispārēju priekšstatu par finanšu analīzi. Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze izmantojot bilances un peļņas vai zaudējumu horizontālo un vertikālo analīzi, finanšu koeficientus analīzi, kā arī tiek noteikta uzņēmuma bankrota varbūtība izmantojot E.Altmaņa piecfaktoru Z modeli. Savukārt, bakalaura darba trešajā nodaļā autore uz finanšu analīzes gaitā iegūtiem rezultātiem apraksta AS „Grindeks” galveno konstatēto attīstības problēmu iespējamus risinājumus.

Theme of degree’s work: Financial state’s analysis of the company “Grindeks” Problem of work: Correct management of means and its sources is important factor for achievement of the best results of the company in the conditions of rivalry, that is the reason of necessity of financial state’s analysis of the company “Grindeks”. Description of volume of work: general volume of work is 85 pages, consisting of three parts and 10 supplements. 5 tables, 25 pictures, 27 formulas are used in this work. Work is completed in Latvian language. Purpose of work: on basis of financial state’s analysis of the company “Grindeks” during the period from 2005 to 2009 work out recommendations for improvement of financial activity. Main tasks of work: 1)To study modern literature about estimation of financial state and probability of enterprise bankruptcy using E. Altmana model of five factors; 2)To carry out horizontal analysis of firm’s balance-sheet and profit and loss statement; 3)To carry out vertical analysis of firm’s balance-sheet and profit and loss statement; 4)To carry out calculation and analysis of the main groups of financial coefficients; 5)To evaluate probability of firm’s bankruptcy using E. Altmana model of five factors 6)To define the main problems and tendencies in development of the company 7)On basis of financial state’s analysis to carry out the recommendations for improvement of firm’s financial activity. The object of research: JSC “Grindeks” (joint stock company) The subject of research: financial state of the company “Grindeks” Research period: between 2005 and 2009 year. Structure of work: This work consists of annotations in Latvian, English and Russian languages, introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, list of the used literature. Bachelor's work in the first chapter the author describes the theoretical information, which provides an overall picture of financial analysis. The second chapter is done through the company's financial analysis using horizontal and vertical analysis of firm’s balance-sheet and profit and loss statement, analysis of the main groups of financial coefficients and is evaluated the probability of firm bankruptcy using E. Altmana model of five factors. Bachelor's work in the third chapter the author on basis of financial state’s analysis’s results describes possible solutions to eliminate ascertained development problems.
