Transporta uzņēmuma SIA „N Logistiks” darbības uzlabošanas iespējas

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Transporta uzņēmuma SIA „N Logistiks” darbības uzlabošanas iespējas”. Izmantojot finanšu analīzes rezultātus var konstatēt uzņēmuma darbības stratēģijas nepilnības un piedāvāt tās uzlabošanas iespējas. Pētījuma objekts ir transporta uzņēmums SIA „N Logistiks”. Diplomdarba izstrādāšanas mērķis ir izpētīt SIA „N Logistiks” darbības uzlabošanas iespējas, izmantojot finanšu analīzes rezultātus. Pētījuma uzdevumos ietilpst: 1.Noteikt transporta nozares lomu Latvijas tautsaimniecībā un izpētīt kravu autopārvadājumu jomu; 2.Novērtēt SIA „N Logistiks” darbības rezultātus un salīdzināt tos ar konkurentu rezultātiem; 3.Piedāvāt uzņēmuma darbības uzlabošanas iespējas. Darbā ir 13 attēli, 27 tabulas. Apjoms ir 62 lappuses, neskaitot pielikumus. Atslēgvārdi – finanšu analīze, uzņēmuma izmaksas, rentabilitāte, koeficienti.

The title of the Graduate work is „The improvement options of performance for Ltd. „N Logistiks” Transportation Company”. Taking into consideration the company’s results of the financial analysis was concluded that the company has faults in performance strategy and some improvement options might be offered. The object of the research is Ltd. „N Logistiks” Transportation Company. The Graduate work’s goal is to make a research on any possible options for the company that may improve its activity, using the results of the financial analysis. Research’s tasks are: 1.To define the role of transportation branch in Latvian national economy and to explore cargo transportation area 2.To evaluate Ltd. „N Logistiks” performance results and to compare them with the competitors. 3.To offer the improvement options for the company. In general the work includes 13 images and 27 tables. The common volume is 62 pages, excluding appendixes. Key words: financial analysis, company’s outlay.
