Krājumu novērtēšana, to inventarizācija, uzskaite un optimizācijas iespējas SIA „Elko”

Abstract

Diplomdarbā „Krājumu novērtēšana, to inventarizācija, uzskaite un optimizācijas iespējas SIA Elko” ir pētīti grāmatvedības organizācijas dokumenti un krājumu uzskaites principi uzņēmumā. Izvirzīts mērķis – izpētīt SIA „Elko” krājumu novērtēšanas un uzskaites metodi, inventarizācijas norisi, noliktavas darba organizāciju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus krājumu uzskaites, dokumentu un noliktavas darbības pilnveidošanai un optimizācijai. Mērķa sasniegšanai izpētītas krājumu uzskaites un novērtēšanas metodes, inventarizācijas norādījumu pielietojums uzņēmumā, noliktavas darbība. Veiktā izpēte rāda, ka uzņēmumā lietotās metodes un uzskaite kārtota atbilstoši likumdošanai, bet konstatētas arī nepilnības, kuru novēršanai darbā izstrādāti priekšlikumi. Darba apjoms – 61 lapa, darbs satur 5 tabulas, 5 attēlus un 12 pielikumus. Atslēgvārdi: krājumi, uzskaite, organizācijas dokumenti, noliktavas darbība.

In the diploma work „Evaluation, inventarization, accounting and opportunities of optimization of inventories in Ltd. „Elko”” bookkeeping documents and accounting principles in the company are explored. The target set is – to explore the method of evaluation and accounting of inventories, process of inventarization and organization of work of the warehouse of Ltd. „Elko” and to make proposals about improvement and optimization of accounting of documents of inventories and operations of the warehouse. For the achievement of the target, methods of accounting and evaluation of inventories, guidelines of inventarizations and application of these guidelines in the company are explored. The research made shows that methods used and accounting done in the company are consistent with the legislation, but imperfections are recognized, too. Proposals for elimination of the imperfections are developed in the diploma work. Size of the diploma work – 61 pages, which includes 5 tables, 5 images and 12 supplements.
