Uzņēmuma SIA "ELEO” finanšu analīzes rezultāti un to uzlabošana

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums – „Uzņēmuma SIA :ELEO” finanšu analīzes rezultāti un to uzlabošana”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir – uz saimnieciskas darbības analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus SIA „ELEO” finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai un tālākai attīstībai. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kuri sastāv no finanšu horizontālās un vertikālās analīzes, finanšu koeficentu izpētes un bankrota diagnostikas iespējas. Praktiskajā daļā autore veica SIA „ELEO” finanšu analīzi par 2007., 2008. un 2009. gadu, novērtējot finansiālo stāvokli aprēķinot likviditāti, maksātspēju, aktivitāti, rentabilitāti, prognozējot bankrota varbūtību un analizējot bilances struktūru un rādītāju izmaiņas, cēloņus un tendences. Analītiskajā daļā autore piedāvā savas idejas esošas situācijas uzlabošanai un izstrādā attīstības perspektīvu iespējas. Diplomdarba apjoma ir 66 lappuses, tas sastāv no 2 daļā un 1 pielikuma. Darbā ir izmantotas 20 tabulas, 5 attēli un 39 formulas.

The title of the diploma work is „ELEO company financial analysis, results and improvement”. The purpose of diploma: to offer actions directed to improve the finansial position and the further development of enterprise SIA „ELEO”, based on the business analysis of enterprise. In theoretical part of work theoretical aspects of the business analysis are viewed, which consist of the horizontal and vertical analysis of finansial reports, researches of finansial factors and diagnostics of bankruptcy. In a practical part the author has evaluated the finansial analysis of annual reports of SIA „ELEO” enterprise for 2007, 2008 and 2009 counting parameters of liquidity, profitability, activity, solvency, predicting an opportunity of bankruptcy of the enterprise and analyzing structure of balance – the reasons and tendencies of changing financial parameters. In analytical part the author states offers on improvement of a current situation and prospects of development of the given enterprise. The amount of the diploma work is 66 pages, consisting of 2 parts and 1 supplements 20 tabeles, 5 pictures and 39 formulas are used in this work.
