Uzturēšanas atļaujas investori Latvijā un Igaunijā kā investīciju piesaistes veids

Abstract

Darba pirmajā daļā tiek izpētīta investīciju jēdziens, veidi, tās loma ekonomikā un piesaistes stratēģijas no teorētiskā aspekta. Otrā daļa sniedz ieskātu uz Latvijas un Igaunijas investīciju vidi un termiņuzturēšanas atļaujas saņemšanas noteikumu bāzi. Darba trešajā daļā tiek analizēti statistiskie dati par ārvalstu investīciju apjoma izmaiņām, un apkopoti aptaujas rezultāti par sabiedrības viedokļi par Imigrācijas likuma grozījumu, kas attiecās uz termiņuzturēšanas atļaujas piešķiršanu investoriem. The work's first part explores from a theoretical point of view the concept of investment, its types, role in the economy and the attraction strategies. The second part gives an insight into the Latvian and Estonian investment environment and rule base for obtaining temporary residence permit. In the third part statistical data on changes in the level of foreign investment is analysed, and there are summary of the survey results on public opinion about the amendments to the Immigration Act, which related to the temporary residence permit granting to the investors.
