Abstract
Diplomdarba autore: Dita Bindere.
Diplomdarba nosaukums: SIA „Vakcīna” finansiālais stāvoklis un sabiedrības tālākās attīstības izvērtējums.”
Diplomdarba mērķis: izanalizēt finanšu darbību uzņēmumā un izstrādāt SIA „Vakcīna” stratēģisko plānu darbības paplašināšanai veterinārās vakcinācijas apgādes jomā.
Mērķa sasniegšanai autore izvirzīja šādus uzdevumus: apzināt finansiālo stāvokli uzņēmumā; izvērtēt SIA “Vakcīna” darbību konkurences apstākļos; izpētīt vakcināciju nozares tendences; izanalizēt Latvijas veselības aizsardzības politikas mijattiecību ar vakcinācijas nozari; izstrādāt stratēģiju jaunas veterināro vakcīnu tirgū.
Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autore veic finanšu analīzi; otrajā – analizē SIA „Vakcīnas” komercdarbības vidi. Trešajā izstrādā stratēģiju darbības paplašināšanai veterināro vakcīnu tirzniecības jomā.
