Maģistra darba tēma ir ekodizaina attīstības modelis mazumtirdzniecībā Latvijā. Maģistra darbā pētīta produkta ekodizaina attīstības iespējas mazumtirdzniecības nozarē Latvijā. Ekodizaina ieviešanas problemātiku raksturo mazumtirdzniecības uzľēmumu zināšanu trūkums par nozares radītajām vides slodzēm un ekodizainu kā instrumentu radītās ietekmes uz vidi mazināšanai Pētījuma ietvaros veiktas 14 strukturētās dziļās intervijas, 25 uzľēmumu vadītāju aptauja, 4 gadījumu izpētes. Tika analizētas ekodizaina attīstības iespējas mazumtirdzniecības nozarē, priekšnosacījumi un līdzšinējā sadarbības prakse tā integrācijā nozarē. Pētījuma rezultātā ir izstrādāts ekodizaina attīstības modelis mazumtirdzniecības nozarei Latvijā, kurā identificēti galvenie principi, pēc kuriem jāvadās ieviešot tirdzniecībā ekodizainu. Darbā ir 7 nodaļas, 8 attēli un 16 tabulas, tajā ir ietvertas 133 lapaspuses. Author is analyzing the eco-design of product development of the retail sector in Latvia. The problems, characterized by the introduction of retail eco-design, are lack of knowledge about the environmental pressures created by the industry and about eco-design as a tool for the mitigation of environmental impact. The study consists of X structured in-depth interviews, 25 CEO Surveys, four case studies. Author analyzed the possibilities of developing eco-design in the retail industry, current conditions and the integration of collaborative practice in the industry. The study led to a model of eco-design development of the retail sector in Latvia, which identifies key principles that should guide the implementation of eco-design in retail.
