ISO 9000 standartu žanra analīze

Abstract

Daudz pētījumu ir veikti, izmantojot žanra analīzi, tomēr Latvijā un visā pasaulē trūkst pētnieku, kuri ir veikuši žanra analīzi ISO standartiem. Līdz ar to, pētījuma mērķis bija veikt žanra analīzi ISO 9000 standartiem. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika veikts sekundārais un empīriskais pētījums. Literatūras apskats atklāja žanra koncepciju un analīzes teorētisko struktūru, uzsverot teksta retorisko posmu un soļu struktūru (moves and steps), retorisko modeļu (rhetorical patterns) klasifikāciju, kā arī atbilstošās valodas vienību lietojumu. Empīriskā daļa ir veltīta komunikatīvā mērķa, teksta retorisko posmu un soļu, kā arī retorisko modeļu un valodas vienību pētīšanai piecos ISO 9000 standartos. Rezultāti liecina, ka teksta retoriskā struktūra un komunikatīvais mērķis atlasītajos ISO standartos ir saistīti. Empīriskā daļa pierādīja, ka hronoloģiskais modelis ir visbiežāk lietots. Darba saturs varētu būt piemērots vadītājiem, asistentiem vai konsultantiem, kuri izmanto un attīsta ISO standartus.

Numerous research papers have been written applying genre analysis; however, there is a lack of researchers who have conducted genre analysis of ISO 9000 Standards in Latvia and worldwide. Thus, the aim of the Bachelor thesis is to conduct genre analysis of ISO 9000 Standards. As regards research methods, secondary research and the empirical investigation were applied. The theoretical part revealed the concept of genre and proposed a theoretical framework for analysis highlighting the move structure, the classification of rhetorical patterns and linguistic features pertinent to them. The empirical part focused on the realisation of communicative purpose, the investigation of the move structure and disclosure of rhetorical patterns and linguistic features in five ISO 9000 Standards. The findings revealed that standards present similar move structure and the communicative purpose for all standards is similar. The results of the empirical part highlighted that the chronological pattern was most frequently applied. The present paper could be applicable to managers, assistants or advisors who deal with the implication and development of ISO Standards.
