Diagnostiskās radioloģijas metožu priekšrocības un trūkumi pacientiem ar nierakmeņu slimību
Abstract
Nierakmeņu slimība jeb nefrolitiāze ir saslimšana, kuru raksturo konkrementu veidošanās urīnizvada sistēmā. Nierakmeņu slimība ir vienu no visbiežāk sastopamajām uroloģiskajām saslimšanām. Nierakmeņu slimības diagnostikā tiek pielietotas diagnostiskās radioloģijas metodes- intravenozā urogrāfija un datortomogrāfijas urogrāfija. Katrai metodei ir savas priekšrocības un trūkumi, kurus radiogrāferam jāizprot, lai pacientam ar nierakmeņu slimību tiktu piemērots un veikts optimālākais diagnostikās radioloģijas izmeklējums. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot optimālāko diagnostiskās radioloģijas izmeklēšanas metodi un radiogrāferu taktiku pacientiem ar nierakmeņu slimību.

Kidney stone disease or nephrolitiasis - a disease which is characterised by the formation of concrements in the urinary system. Kidney stone disease is one of the most common urinary diseases. In the diagnostics of the kidney stone disease, radiology diagnostic methods are used, such as intravenous urography and urinary computed tomography. Each method has its advantages and flaws, which radiographers should understand in order to apply the most suitable and optimal radiological examination for the patient with kidney stone disease. The main goal of the work was to discover the most optimal radiological diagnostic examination method and the tactics of radiographers working with patients with kidney stone disease.
