Sociālo aprūpētāju profesionālās izdegšanas riska faktori

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „Sociālo aprūpētāju profesionālās izdegšanas riska faktori.” Darba mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt biedrības „Latvijas Samariešu apvienība” Mājas neatliekamā izsaukuma un aprūpes dienesta sociālo aprūpētāju un aprūpētāju iespējamos izdegšanas riska faktorus. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmā veltīta profesionālās izdegšanas fenomena skaidrojumam dažādu autoru interpretācijā. Otrajā nodaļā ir sociālo aprūpētāju un aprūpētāju profesijas raksturojums. Trešajā nodaļā ir raksturota biedrība „Latvijas Samariešu apvienība” un Mājas neatliekamā izsaukuma un aprūpes dienesta sociālo aprūpētāju un aprūpētāju darba vide šajā organizācijā. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts empīriskais pētījums, kurā skaidrota sociālo aprūpētāju un aprūpētāju izdegšanas riska faktoru ietekme, pazīmes un atbalstošo resursu esamība. Pētījuma rezultātā iegūti secinājumi, ka biedrībā „Latvijas Samariešu apvienība” Mājas neatliekamā izsaukuma un aprūpes dienestā sociālo aprūpētāju profesionālās izdegšanas riska faktori ir atbalstošo resursu trūkums, lielais darba apjoms, aprūpes darba specifika, supervīzijas trūkums.

Name of the Diploma Paper is “Risk Factors Of Social Care-Takers' Professional Burnout.” Purpose of the Paper is to study and analyse the possible burnout risk factors of the social care-takers and care-takers of the Home urgent call and care service of the Society “Samarian Union Of Latvia”. Paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter is dedicated for the explanation of the professional burnout phenomenon in the interpretation of various authors. In the second chapter there is the characterization of the profession of social care-takers and care-takers. In the third chapter there is characterized the Society “Samarian Union Of Latvia” and the work environment of the social care-takers and care-takers of the Home urgent call and of the care service in this organization. In the fourth chapter there is described the empirical research work in which there is explained the influence of the burnout risk factors of social care-takers and care-takers, their features and the presence of the supporting resources. In the result of the research there are obtained the conclusions that the professional burnout risk factors of the social care-takers and care-takers of the Home urgent call and of the care service in the Society “Samarian Union Of Latvia” are the lack of the supporting resources, big amount of work, specific character of care-taking work, the lack of supervision.
