| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbs „Diskusija interneta žurnālos: cēloņi, attīstība un iznākumi. Livejournal.com krievvalodīga segmenta piemērs” ir veltīts sabiedriski nozīmīgas informācijas apspriešanai interneta žurnālu servisa Livejournal.com krievvalodīgā segmenta lietotāju starpā. Darba mērķis ir saprast šīs diskusijas īpašības un noteikt e-žurnālu lomu informācijas apspriešanas procesā. Teorētiskā daļa iekļauj tīklu sabiedrības pieeju un virtuālo kopienu koncepta apskatu. Darba metodoloģiskā pieeja sastāv no kontentanalīzes un no M. Belas naratīva teorijas. Pētījuma rezultāti parādīja, ka interneta žurnāla servisa Livejournal.com krievvalodīgā segmenta populārākajos žurnālos notiek sabiedriski svarīgu notikumu apspriešana, kur piedalās daudzi Livejournal.com lietotāji, savukārt pati diskusija tiek raksturota kā daudzveidīga, informatīva, skaidrojoša un mēreni noskaņota, bet Livejournal.com kā svarīga telpa šādām diskusijām.

| dc.description.abstract | The topic of this bachelor thesis „Discussion in Weblogs: Reasons, Development and Outcomes. Example of Livejournal.com Russian Segment" is the discussion of public information by Russian-speaking users of weblog service Livejournal.com. The aim of the work is to understand the qualities of the discussion and determine the role of weblogs in the process of discussing information. The theoretical approach part of the work includes the network society theory and description of the virtual community concept. The methodological approach part consists of the theory of narratology by Mieke Bal and content analysis. The results of the research demonstrate that discussion of public information does take place in the Russian speaking segment of Livejournal.com weblog service. The discussion is viewed upon as varied, informing, explanatory, reasonable, and Livejournal.com, in its turn, is viewed as important space for such discussion.
