| dc.description.abstract | Darbā veikta dzelzs, mangāna un svina satura noteikšana augsnes un baldriāna paraugos, kuri ievākti 3 dažādās vietās – pļavā, šosejas un dzelzceļa tuvumā. No augsnes paraugiem iegūti izvilkumi, bet baldriāna paraugu sagatavošanā izmantotas sausās un slapjās mineralizācija metodes. Metālisko elementu saturs noteikts ar liesmas atomabsorbciometrijas un spektrofotometrijas metodēm. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Determination of iron, manganese and lead content in soil and valerian samples was performed. Samples from 3 different places - from meadow, near highway and railway were collected and analyzed. Soil samples were prepared by extraction method, for valerian samples dry and wet mineralization methods were used. Metallic elements content was determined by flame atomic absorbtiometric and spectrophotometric methods. | en_US |
