Bakalaura darbā tika izpētīta literatūra par fludarabīna fosfāta injekciju ķīmiskajām un fizikālajām īpašībām. Izpētīta informācija par hromatogrāfisko metožu izstrādi un validāciju. Bakalaura darbā tika izstrādāta un validēta analītiskā metode fludarabīna fosfātam piemaisījumu noteikšanai. Turpmāk šī metode tiks izmantota AS „Grindeks” ,lai noteiktu fludarabīna fosfāta piemaisījumus gatavai zāļu formai un produktam stabilitātes laikā. | en_US |

The literature about the chemical and physical properties of Fludarabine phosphate and parameters of method development and validation were investigated in bachelor thesis. The method for determination of related substances of Fludarabine phosphate solution for injection was developed and validation. This method will be used for determination of related substances for the finished drug form Fludarabine phosphate solution in vial at JSC “Grindeks”. | en_US |
