Abstract
Šajā darbā apskatīti un salīdzināti trīs dažādi serveru virtualizācijas risinājumi - Citrix XenServer, VMware vSphere un Proxmox VE. Ir uzsvērtas šo risinājumu galvenās funkcionālās atšķirības, izmaksas un vispārējā darbība, kā arī kontrolētā vidē veikti testi procesora, operatīvās atmiņas, datu glabātuves un tīkla veiktspējas salīdzināšanai.
In this thesis three server virtualization solutions are reviewed and compared - Citrix XenServer, VMware vSphere and Proxmox VE. Main functional differences, pricing structure and general behaviour between these solutions have been highlighted, as well as CPU, RAM, data storage and networking performance have been tested in a controlled environment.
