Tīmekļu lapu migrācijas uz moderniem tīmekļa lietotņu risinājumiem

Abstract

Globālais tīmeklis attīstās ļoti strauji un tīmekļa sistēmas kļūst arvien dinamiskākas, kas ir pavēris ceļu jaunas klases tīmekļa risinājumu izstrādei - tīmekļa lietotnēm. Darbā ir apskatīta tīmekļa tehnoloģiju attīstība no to pirmsākumiem, kā tās ir mainījušās laika gaitā un kādas ir jaunākās tendences mūsdienīgu tīmekļa risinājumu izstrādē. Sīkāk tiek pētīta tīmekļa lietotņu arhitektūra, kāpēc tās kļūst arvien populārākas un kādi ir šobrīd pieejami tehniskie risinājumi šādu sistēmu izstrādē, kā arī būtiskākās problēmas un ieguvumi. Teorētiskā bāze tiek pārbaudīta, veicot divu esošu tīmekļa sistēmu migrāciju uz tīmekļa lietotņu arhitektūru, izmantojot AngularJS klienta puses JavaScript ietvaru. Rezultātā tiek iegūtas teorētiskas un praktiskas iemaņas mūsdienīgu tīmekļa lietotņu izstrādē, kā arī esošu sistēmu migrācijā.

World Wide Web is evolving very rapidly and web solutions are becoming more dynamic, which has paved the way for the development of new class of web solutions – web applications. Paper examines web technology development from its infancy, how those have changed over time and what are the newest trends in developing modern web solutions. Paper goes into detail about web application architecture, why it’s becoming more popular and what are the current technical solutions for developing these kinds of applications, and also what are the biggest problems and gains. Theoretical base is tested by migrating two existing web solution to web application architecture using AngularJS client side JavaScript framework. The results are theoretical and practical skills for developing modern web applications and migrating existing solutions.
