Abstract

Dotajā darbā ir aprakstīts risinājums problēmām, ar ko saskārās sociālais pedagogs savā ikdienas darbā – zems ātrums un efektivitāte, analizējot informāciju par audzēkņiem un veicot informācijas apmaiņu starp iestādes darbiniekiem. Pamatojoties uz izpētītām sociāla pedagoga prasībām un darījumprocesiem, bija piedāvāts optimālākais risinājums, kas ļaus optimizēt kā sociālā pedagoga, tā arī visas mācību iestādes darbu, ieviešot elektroniskus datu apstrādes mehānismus un paplašinot darbinieku iespējas audzēkņu informācijas analīzē.

This thesis is presenting a perspective for a social worker to solve the issue related to low speed and efficiency when it comes to information collection and processing. Based on social worker’s requirements and business process analyzed in this thesis, and considering all advantages and disadvantages of the possible solutions, the thesis shows how utilization of electronic and information systems for data processing enables to optimize workload of social educator and the whole educational institution thus significantly broadens spectrum of possibilities in terms of student record analysis and management.
