Biznesa procesu modelēšana izmantojot ARIS metodoloģiju

Abstract

Šī maģistra darba mērķis ir preču piegādes biznesa procesa apraksts un optimizēšana uzņēmumā ar programmatūras līdzekļa ArisToolset palīdzību. Darbā izklāstīta procesu pieejas būtība organizācijas vadībai, izpētīti biznesa modelēšanas teorētiskie un metodoloģiskie pamati, izskatītas ARIS Toolset kā uzņēmuma biznesa procesu modelēšanas instrumenta iespējas; veikta uzņēmuma finanšu un saimnieciskās darbības analīze; aprakstīta biznesa procesa „Izejvielu pārdošana” aprakstīšanas projekta gaita: izveidoti biznesa procesa „kā ir” modeļi, izstrādāti uzņēmuma darbības optimizācijas pasākumi. Darbs izstrādāts, pamatojoties uz faktiskiem materiāliem. Darba autore apliecina, ka tajā sniegtais aprēķinu un analītiskais materiāls pareizi un objektīvi atspoguļo pētāmā procesa stāvokli, bet visām no literatūras un citiem avotiem izmantotajām teorētiskajām un metodoloģiskajām nostādnēm un koncepcijām sniegtas norādes uz to autoriem. The purpose of the given master’s work is to describe and optimize the process of delivery of goods in the company by means of software product ARIS Toolset. In the work the essence of the process method in management is stated, theory and methodology of business-modeling are learned, potentialities of ARIS Toolset as product for business-processes modeling of the company are given; the technique of the financial analysis of the company is stated; the project in description of the process “Sell of raw materials” is stated: models “as is” are given, the activities of optimization in the company are worked out. Work is developed on an actual material. The author of work confirms, that the accounting and analytical material, resulted in master’s work, correctly and objectively reflects a condition of investigated process, and all borrowed of the literature and other sources theoretical and methodological positions and concepts are accompanied by references to their authors.
