Nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa politika Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa politika Latvijā”. Nodokļu politika ir daļa no valsts kopējās stratēģijas, lai veicinātu ekonomisko un sociālo labklājību. Latvijas ekonomika ir uzlabojusies, tomēr nodokļu sistēma joprojām ir mainīga, tāpēc šajā jomā pastāv domstarpības starp valsti un iedzīvotājiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa politiku Latvijā, izvērtēt tās piemērošanas metodiku un izstrādāt ieteikumus metodikas pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs veidots no ievada, 3 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba pamatteksts izklāstīts uz 70 lappusēm, darbā ir reprezentētas 4 formulas, izveidotas 12 tabulas un 9 attēli, pievienoti 3 pielikumi. Literatūras sarakstā iekļautas 27 literatūras vienības. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis: „Real estate tax policy in Latvia”. Tax policy is part of the national strategy to promote economical and social prosperity. The Latvian economy has improved, however, the tax system is still variable, in this field there is a disagreement between the state and citizens. The objective of the bachelor’s thesis is to find out the real estate tax policy in Latvia, to appraise the application of the methodology and to formulate proposals for improving the methodology. The bachelor’s thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and recommendations. There are 70 pages in the bachelor’s thesis, the work is represented by 4 formulas, 12 tables, 9 figures and added 3 appendices. The bibliography includes 27 items of literature.
