Projekta mērķis ir paplašināt esošas ieguldījumu pārvaldes akciju sabiedrības produktu klāstu izveidojot jaunu ieguldījumu fondu. Projekta ietvaros ir paredzēts izveidot slēgtā tipa alternatīvo ieguldījumu fondu, kas veiktu investīcijas tādos nekustamā īpašuma attīstības projektos, kas tieši saistīti ar pozitīvu priekšnoteikumu radīšanu lauksaimniecības uzņēmumu izveidošanai un attīstīšanai; tāpat fonds savus līdzekļus investēs tādu augsta izaugsmes potenciāla uzņēmumu kapitāla daļās, kas orientējas uz nišas lauksaimniecības produktu ražošanu. | en_US |
