Abstract

Darbs veltīts modelēšanas izmantošanai masu apkalpošanas sistēmu teorijā. Darbs satur īsu teoretisku tēmu aprakstu(teorijas pamati, MAS elementi, MAS modelēšanas etapi). viens no svarīgākajiem darba etapiem ir pareiza modeļa izvēle apraksts. Īpaša uzmanība ir pievērsta statistiskai modelēšanai. Statistiskās modelēšanas rezultāti salīdzināti ar analītiskās modelēšanas rezultātiem. Work is devoted to The use of modeling in the quening theory.Job contains a brief theoretical description of the topic (basics theory, MAS elements MAS simulation steps).
