Abstract

Informācijas vākšanas, apstrādes, pārraides un glabāšanas tehnoloģiju strauja attīstība būtiski maina cilvēku dzīves veidu. Informācijas sabiedrību raksturo jauna vide, kur cilvēki sazinās un kārto darījumus un kur arvien mazāku lomu spēlē darījumā iesaistīto personu ģeogrāfiskā atrašanas vieta, bet svarīgāka paliek moderno komunikācijas tehnoloģiju pieejamība. Elektroniskā komercija piedāvā jaunas iespējas biznesa operāciju efektivitātes palielināšanai un samazina ar komercdarbības procedūrām saistītās izmaksas. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt situāciju e-komercijas jomā Latvijas tirgū, apskatīt vienu no nozīmīgajiem e-komercijas aspektiem – drošību. Kā arī darbā ir izvērtētas populārākās pasaules norēķinu sistēmas un praktiski tika izskatīta Apollo portāla mikro maksājumu sistēma un tās iespējas. Mikro maksājumu sistēmas pielāgošana notika ar autores līdzdalību.

Fast development of technologies for gathering, processings, transfers and storages of the information essentially changes a way of life of people. The information society is characterized with the new environment where people communicate and conclude transactions and where the lesser role is played with a geographical finding of partners, and important there is an availability of modern technologies of the communications. Electronic commerce offers new opportunities for increase of efficiency business operations. The purpose of work is to study a situation in the market of e-commerce in Latvia and to consider one of the major aspects of e-commerce - safety. In work the most popular world systems of payments are estimated and the portal Apollo system of micro payments is practically considered. The adaptation of micro payments system occured to participation of the author.
