IP telefonijas ieviešana uzņēmumā un tā filiālēs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „IP telefonijas ieviešana uzņēmumā un tā filiālēs”. Darba sākumā tiek apskatīts, kas vispār ir IP telefonija. IP telefonijas iespējas ir plašas un tai pašā laikā lētas. Līdz ar to uzņēmumiem, kuri daudz izmanto telefonsakarus, tas ir finansiāli izdevīgi. Šajā bakalaura darbā ir apskatīts process, kā šādas telefonijas risinājums, tiek ieviests reālā uzņēmumā un tā filiālēs. Viss sākas ar esošās situācijas apzināšanu uzņēmumā un tās analīzi, pēc tam piemērotākās aparatūras iegāde un beigās ir visu ierīču kopā saslēgšana un jaunā tīkla palaišana. Darba beigās ir apskatīta, visiem pieejama, datorprogramma - Skype, kura nodrošina balss zvanus izmantojot interneta tīklu. Viņa ir viegli uzstādāma un lietojama gan mājas apstākļos, gan nelielos uzņēmumos. Zvani, izmantojot interneta tīklu, ir un būs lētāki par zvaniem PSTN tīklā, neatkarīgi vai tiek izmantota kāda vienkārša datorprogramma mājās, vai sarežģīti tehniskie risinājumi uzņēmumā.

The title of bachelor work is „The establishment of IP telephony in the enterprise and its filiations”. At the beginning of the work is presented what the IP telephony is in general. It is continued with examining the process of implementation of IP telephony in the real enterprise and its filiations. The first step is to study and analyze the existent situation in the enterprise, thereafter to purchase the opportune facilities. Last is locking-up apparatus and run-up of the new net. At the last part there is surveyed accessible software - Skype what provides voice calls using the internet. It is easy to adjust and use the software at home or in small business. IP telephony’s possibilities are wide and cheep. It is financial gainfully for enterprises that are using the telephone communication a lot. Calls in the internet are and will be cheaper than calls in customary telephone communication net without reference whether there is used some software at home or complicated technical solutions in some enterprise.
