Sporta vušu attīstība modernajā Ķīnā (20.-21. gs.)

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma, kas bija apskatīts ir „ Sporta vušu attīstība modernajā Ķīnā (20.-21.gs.)”. Darba tēma ietver sevī informāciju par vušu un sporta vušu parādīšanas vēsturi un to maiņu laikā gaitā, kā arī to attīstību Ķīnā. Tēma šobrīd ir ļoti aktuālā, jo pēdējos gados sporta vušu ļoti strauji attīstās netikai Ķīnā, bet arī citos pasaules kontinentos, tāpēc šīs tēmas pētīšanu es uzskatu par ļoti svarīgu lietu. Sporta vušu nav tikai skaists sporta veids, tas palīdz attīstīt un uzlabot ķermeņa fizisko un garīgo stāvokli. Nacionāls cīņas mākslas sporta veids, kas ir saglabājis ķīniešu tautas kultūru, kas tagad kļūst arvien populārāk, pie tam tās ir pieejams jebkuram cilvēkam, kas grib pilnveidot sevi vai vienkārši izārstēties un kļūst veselam. Darba mērķi, kuri bija izvirzīti darbā sākumā bija šādi:noskaidrot atšķirību starp vairākiem vušu jēdzieniem; izpētīt pirmatnējo vušu nozīmi Senajā Ķīnā; aplūkot vušu un sporta vušu attīstības vēsturi Ķīnā; aplūkot un izpētīt kompleksu taolu tehniku un to nozīmi; īsumā aplūkot sporta vušu stilus;aplūkot sporta vušu sacensības organizēšanas metodi; apskatīt un izanalizēt sporta vušu iespējas nokļūt Olimpisko Spēļu sporta veidu programmā; aplūkot vušu svarīgas organizācijas pasaulē. Galu galā izdevās tos reālizēt un apskatīt no dažādiem skatupunktiem. Kļūva sapratams, ka sporta vušu ir attiecoši nesens sporta veids, kurās meistarības līmenis un dinamiskums paaugstinājās ar katru gadu. Darbs sastāv no 2 daļam, un 10 pamatnodaļām, ar 3 apakšnodaļām, pielikumā ir 11 attēli. Darbs sastāv no 48 lapaspusēm.

The bachelor degree assignment, which was looked out, is "Competitive Wushu Development in Modern China (20.-21.century)". The theme includes information about wushu and competitive wushu history and changes all over time, as well as martial arts development in China. Subject is currently very topical in recent years, competitive wushu rapid development not only in China, but also in other continents of the world, so the exploration of this topic author find very important. Competitive wushu not only a beautiful sport, it helps to develop and improve the body's physical and mental state. National martial arts sport that has kept the Chinese people's culture, which is now becoming increasingly popular, besides they are available to anyone who wants to improve themselves or just to become healthy. The aims, which was put at the beginning of the work is following: clarify the difference between several number of wushu terms; explore the role of primary wushu in ancient China; to look at wushu and competitive wushu development`s history in China; to look at and explore the complex taolu techniques and their importance; briefly look at competitive wushu styles; look at the organization method of competitive wushu competitions; to look and analyze competitive wushu possibilities to get to the Olympic Games Sport Programs; to look at important wushu organizations. Eventually it was able to implement and consider this theme from the different point of views. It is getting cleared that competitive wushu is rather not very old sport programme, where the skills level and dynamics is getting higher every year. The bachelor`s paper consists of 2 parts, ten main chapter with three subdivisions, in the annex, there are 11 pictures. The work consists of 48 pages.
