Interneta mīmu stilistiskie aspekti

Abstract

Pētījums Interneta mīmu stilistiskie aspekti tapis ar nolūku noteikt interneta mīmos lietoto tēlainās izteiksmes līdzekļu daudzumu, un to, kuri tēlainās izteiksmes līdzekļi tiek lietoti visvairāk, kā arī vai tēlainās izteiksmes līdzekļu pielietošana var ietekmēt mīmu sēriju popularitāti. Pētījumā tiek parādīts gan interneta mīmos lietoto tēlainās izteiksmes līdzekļu daudzums, gan veids. Tiek parādīta arī saistība starp tēlainās izteiksmes līdzekļiem un interneta mīmu sēriju popularitāti. Pētījums atklāj, ka tēlainās izteiksmes līdzekļi ietekmē tikai to interneta mīmu sēriju popularitāti, kurās šo līdzekļu pielietošana ir obligāta, un tā ir šo sēriju pastāvēšanas pamats. Šajā darbā tiek pētīts tikai vispopulārākais interneta mīmu veids – bildes, kurās tiek iekļauts teksts. The main goal of Stylistic Aspects of Internet Memes is to ascertain the amount of stylistic devices used in internet memes, to see which stylistic devices are used more frequently and also if the usage of stylistic devices can affect a meme series‟ popularity. In this research, the quantity and types of stylistic devices used in internet memes are shown, as well as the connection between stylistic devices and the popularity of internet meme series. The research reveals that stylistic devices affect the popularity only of those internet meme series, where the use of stylistic devices is obligatory, and it is at the core of the series‟ existence. This paper investigates only the most popular type of internet memes – images superimposed with text. Key words: internet meme, internet meme series, stylistic devices, popularity
