Abstract
Specifiskā alergēnu imunoterapija ļauj panākt ilgstošu slimības remisiju pēc ārstēšanas pārtraukšanas, mazina astmas un polisensibilizācijas risku. Tomēr šī ārstēšana ir specifiska, kas ļaut ārstēt tikai sensibilizāciju pret vienu alergēnu.Pētījumā tika iekļauti pacienti ar alerģisku rinokonjunktivītu un atopisku astmu, kas bija sensiblizēti pret mājas putekļu ērcītēm.
Specific allergen immunotherapy helps to achieve lasting remission after the interruption of therapy, decreases the risk of asthma and polysensitization. However, this treatment is specific allowing alleviate sensitization to only one allergen. The research encompasses the patients with allergic rhinoconjunctivitis and atopic asthma who had allergy to house dust mites.
