Abstract

Pētniecības darbs „Komandas darbs – Jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas pacientu aprūpē” tika veikts ar mērķi noskaidrot komandas darba priekšnosacījumus un pielietojumu Jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas pacientu aprūpē. Darbā tika izvirzīti divi pētnieciskie jautājumi – kā tiek realizēts komandas darbs Jaundzimušo Intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, un vai komandas darbs Jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā ir kvalitatīvas aprūpes priekšnosacījums? Mērķa sasniegšanai izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Iegūtie rezultāti sniedz ieskatu aprūpes personāla darbībās un nodaļas organizācijā saistībā ar komandas darbu. Darbā izmantoti 18 literatūras avoti.

The Research Paper „Team work for a patients in a neonatal intensive therapy” was carried out in order to ascertain the conditions for teamwork and the use of neonatal intensive care. The study raises two research questions - how is implemented teamwork Neonatal Intensive therapy and is teamwork neonatal intensive care unit is a prerequisite for quality care? The qualitative research method has been used. The results obtained give an insight into the activities of the staff and department organization in relation The results provide insight into the care staff and operations department in the organization in relation to teamwork.
