Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka mūsdienās arvien vairāk iedzīvotāju saskaras ar šo slimību, kas ierobežo ne tikai to pārvietošanās un kustību iespējas, bet arī dzīves kvalitāti kopumā. Tāpēc ir nozīmīgi izvērtēt, cik lielā mērā šī slimība ietekmē pacientu dzīves kvalitāti un ar to saistītos savstarpēji saistītos aspektus. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt dzīves kvalitāti pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir veikt teorētiskās literatūras analīze, anketēšanu, apstrādāt iegūtos datus un izstrādāt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze - reimatoīdais artrīts visvairāk ietekmē pacientu fiziskās aktivitātes. Pētniecības instruments: aptaujas anketa SF - 36. Pētniecības metode - anketēšana. Kā parāda iegūtie rezultāti, tad dzīves kvalitātes aspekti, kas tika noskaidroti ar anketēšanas palīdzību, ir atkarīgi no pacienta ar reimatoīdo artrītu vecuma grupas. Būtisks ir arī apstiprinātais rezultāts, ka reimatoīdā artrīta pacientus visvairāk ietekmē tieši fiziskā veselība nekā psiholoģiskā. Iegūtie rezultāti arī apstiprina pētījumā izvirzīto hipotēzi, ka reimatoīdais artrīts visvairāk ietekmē tieši pacientu fiziskās aktivitātes. The topic of the bachelor’s paper is “The Quality of Life of the Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis”. The topicality of the theme has been determined by the fact that nowadays, more and more people are faced with this disease, which not only restricts the movement and range of motion, but also the quality of life in general. It is therefore important to assess the extent to which this disease affects the patients' quality of life and the interrelated aspects. The aim of the work is to evaluate the quality of life of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The tasks of the research have been carried out by means of the theoretical analyzes, surveys, the processing of the acquired data, as well as the conclusions have been drawn. The hypothesis which has been put forward – the rheumatoid arthritis affects mostly the patients’ physical activities. The instrument of the research: the questionnaire form SF – 36. The research method is survey. As the obtained results show, the aspects of the quality of life, as it has been determined with the help of questionnaires, depend on the age-group of the patients with the rheumatoid arthritis. The confirmed results are also essential, stating that the patients with the rheumatoid arthritis are mostly affected exactly by the physical health, not by the psychological health. The obtained results also confirm the hypothesis which has been put forward, that the rheumatoid arthritis affects mostly the patients’ physical activities.
