SIA “X” saimnieciskās darbības analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir SIA “X” SAIMNIECISKĀS DARBĪBAS ANALĪZE UN NOVĒRTĒJUMS”. Mūsdienās saimnieciskā subjekta finanses var uzskatīt kā konkurētspējas indikatoru. Jebkuram uzņemam ir nepieciešams veikt saimnieciskās darbības analīzi un finansu pārskatu rādītāju novērtējumu, jo tas darbības raksturo uzņēmuma izdzīvošanas iespējas tirgus ekonomikas apstākļos un ir saimnieciskās darbības plānošanas regulators. No tā, cik efektīvi uzņēmuma finanses transformējas pamatlīdzekļos, apgrozāmajos līdzekļos, kā arī strādnieku darba stimulēšanas līdzekļos, ir tieši atkarīga jebkura uzņēmuma finansiālā labklājība un dzīvotspēja. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek raksturoti teorētiski jautājumi par finanšu analīzes būtību, mērķiem, izmantotām metodēm un finansu analīzes veidiem. Otrajā nodaļā veikts SIA “X” raksturojums. Trešajā nodaļā apkopoti SIA “X” saimnieciskās darbības rezultāti, veikta finansiālo rādītāju analīze. Šīs daļas svarīgākie mērķi ir atspoguļot uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli uz 2008. gada beigām. Ceturtajā nodaļā apkopota SIA “X” un SIA „Y” konkurences analīze, ka arī un SWOT analīze. Darbā galvenokārt tiks izmantotas ekonomiskās, salīdzināšanas, grupēšanas un relatīvo lielumu aprēķināšanas analīzes metodes, kā arī ekonomiski matemātiskās pētīšanās metodes. Aprēķinot un izanalizējot finansu rādītājus, izdarīti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi, kuri ir vērsti uz uzņēmuma darbības pilnveidošanu. Diplomdarba pētījuma periods ir no 2006.gada sākuma līdz 2008. gada beigām. Pētījumu periods izvēlēts izmantojot pēdējos pieejamos finanšu pārskatu datus. Pētot diplomdarba tematu autors izmatoja speciālo literatūru, kas tieši saistīta ar finanšu darbības analīzi, kā arī internetu, uzņēmuma reģistra sniegto informāciju, uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatus un publikācijas. Darbam apjoms ir 96 lappuses, tajā ir ietvertas 41 tabulas un 1 attēls. Darbā izstradēs procesā izmantotja 26 literatūras avotu.

No matter how effectively the company's finances transforms assets, current assets, as well as workers' job stimulation products, it is directly dependent on any company's financial well-being and vitality. Diploma work consists of four parts. The first chapter describes the theoretical questions about the financial analysis of the nature, objectives, methods used and the types of financial analysis. In the second chapter done SIA "X" profile analysis. The third chapter summarizes SIA “X” operating results, financial performance analysis carried out. This part of the main objectives are to review the company's financial position to 2008. end of the year. In the fourth chapter describes SIA "X" an SIA “Y” competition analysis and SWOT analysis. In the diploma were primarily used economic, comparison, grouping, and the relative size of the calculation methods of analysis, as well as the cost of mathematical research methods. Upon calculation and analysis of financial performance, the author draws conclusions and made several proposals that are focused on company’s business development activities. Thesis of the study period is from early 2006 until 2008. end of the year. The study period was chosen using the last available financial statement data. Studying the diploma work an author use a special literature, which is directly related to the financial performance analysis, the internet and the company's register of information provided by the company's financial reports and publications. Diploma work consists of 96 pages, 41 tables and 1 images. During the work were used 26 literature and information sources.
