Darba samaksas veidi, tās aprēķināšanas kārtība un nodokļu ieturēšana

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Darba samaksas veidi, tās aprēķināšanas kārtība un nodokļu ieturēšana”. Diplomdabra mērķis ir izpētīt darba samaksas teorētiskos aspektus, lai izstrādātu ieteikumus to pilnveidošanai. Galvenie uzdevumi bija izpētīt darba samaksas veidus un to reglamentējošo likumdošanas bāzi. Diplomdarbs izstrādāts pamatojoties uz speciālo literatūru, publikācijām periodiskajos izdevumos, kā arī uz Latvijas Republikas likumiem un citiem normatīvajiem dokumentiem, kas attiecas uz darba samaksu. Veicot pētījumu tika secināts, ka atalgot darbu var dažādi, pielietojot gan dažādus kritērijus, gan aprēķināšanas metodes. Dažādu darba samaksas veidu, principu un kritēriju kopumu, aprēķināšanas metožu kombinēšanu sauc par darba atalgojuma sistēmu. Būtiskākais secinājums ir, ka vispārīgā veidā darba samaksu aprēķinašanai jāizmanto trīs galvenos kritērijus: nostrādāto laiku, padarīto darbu un abu iepriekšējo kritēriju produktīvai kombinēšanai. The subject of the diploma work is „The kinds of work payment, the order of calculation and tax deductions”. The aim of the diploma work is to explore the theoretical aspects of work payment to develop recommendations for their improvement. The main tasks was to explore work payment forms and regulatory of legal framework. The diploma work is based on special literature, publications in periodicals, laws of Republic of Latvia and others laws and regulations which explain work payment. During the research it was concluded that reward work may be varied by using the different criteria and methods of calculation. Different work payment forms, principles and set of criteria, combination of calculating methods are called by reward system. The most important conclusion is that the general terms to calculate work payment are used by three main criteria: the period of work, the work done and both previous criteria for combining productive.
