Darba saturs ir izklāstīts trīs nodaļās.
Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aplūkoti SIA “TAS Baltics” uzņēmuma organizatoriskā struktūra, piedāvāto preču sortiments un uzņēmuma darbības analīze.
Otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkoti finanšu un statistikas rādītāji, tūrisma tirgus raksturojums, izpētīts tūrisma tirgus Latvijā, noskaidrots pieprasījums par tūrisma pakalpojumiem.
Trešajā nodaļā tiek aplūkota uzņēmuma TAS Baltics esoša lidojumu rezervēšanas sistēma, to izmantošana praksē un maksājumu veidi tajā. Tiek piedāvāta uzlabota tiešsaistes rezervēšanas sistēma, ar viesnīcas sadaļas ieviešanu.
Tiek aprēķināti gaidāmie finanšu rezultāti, peļņa un rentabilitāte pēc sistēmas paplašināšanas.
Ir apskatīti arī citi sistēmas papildinājumu varianti un to īstenošanas perspektīvas. Nobeigumā izklāstīti autora secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi.
Saturs izklāstīts 55 lapas puses, kur izvietotas 13 tabulas un 20 zīmējumi. The work consists of three sections.
The first section looks at the organisational structure of SIA “TAS Baltics”, as well as the range of offered products and the analysis of the company’s activity.
In the second section financial and statistical indexes are looked at, the description of the tourism market is present, the tourism market in Latvia is analyzed, demand for tourism services is established.
In the third section the current flight reservation system of TAS Baltics is described, along with its implementation in actual practice and the payment options within. An improved online reservation system is offered with the introduction of a hotel section.
Expected financial results are calculated, as well as profit and cost-effectiveness after the system’s expansion. Other system add-ons are looked at along with their implementation perspectives. In the end the author’s conclusions are expressed and propositions are offered.
