Projekts Valodas kursu un apmācības centra "Zaude centrs"izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir veltīts valodu un apmācību centra teorētiskai izveidei Latgales reģionā–Daugavpilī.Darbā tiek pētīti uzņēmuma veidošanas posmi, tirgus konkurence starp privātajiem mācību centriem, iedzīvotāju izglītības vajadzības un izvēles motivācija, personības pilnveidošanas vajadzības un izglītības pieejamības iespējas.Maģistra sastāv no 8 nodaļām, kurās tiek veikti sekojoši pētījumi:Pirmajā un otrajā daļā tiek izskatīta mācību centra izveidošanas projekta ideja un nākotnes uzņēmuma juridiskais statuss (uzņēmuma pamatkapitāls, organizatoriskā struktūra, nodarbināto skaits).Trešajā daļā tiek pētīta izglītības nozare Latvijā.Ir izmantots Baltijas sociālo zinātņu institūta 2006.gada pētījums “Mūžizglītības pieejamība un iespēja izglītoties Latvijā”, kas ir balstīts uz informāciju par izglītības pieejamību visām Latvijas iedzīvotāju grupām un iespējām izglītoties visos reģionos.Ceturtā un piektā daļa raksturo izveidotā mācību centra darbību, tā vietu izglītības nozarē, mācību centra pakalpojumu sortimentu, mārketinga stratēģiju, tiek veikta uzņēmuma klientu analīze. Sestajā daļā ir analizēts valodu un apmācības centra projekta īstenošanas plāns – realizācijas vieta, finanšu resursu piesaiste, posmi, kādi ir nepieciešami veiksmīgai uzņēmuma darbībai.Septītajā daļā tiek izpētīts uzņēmuma – mācību centra finanšu plāns (ieņēmumi, peļņa, zaudējumi, prognoze).Darbā ir pielietotas ekonomiskās analīzes, statistiskās analīzes metodes. Pētījumā tiek analizēti izglītību ietekmējošie faktori, savstarpējā sakarība starp reģionu ekonomisko attīstību.Darba raksturs ir teorētisks. Darbā izmantoti normatīvie dokumenti, publicētie materiāli.Darbs sastāv no 96 lpp.,38 tabulām un 17 attēliem.

This Master work is about theoretical establishment of language and education centre in the region of Latgale - Daugavpils. In this work different stages of company establishment processes are being analyzed, the market competition between different private education centers, the individual educational needs and motivation of choice, persons needs for individual development and the ability to get education. This Masters Work consists of 8 parts in each of it following researches are made:In the 1st and 2nd part of the work the main idea of centre establishment and the companies future legal status (the equity capital of company, the structure of organization, the number of employees) are being described.The 3rd part of the work is the analyses of education sphere in Latvia, according to the research of Baltic Institute of Social Sciences in 2006 The Availability of Lifelong Education and Possibilities to get Education in Latvia, that is based on the information about the availability to get education for all the social groups living in Latvia and also in different regions of Latvia.The 4th and 5th part of the work describes the work of the company, its place in the field of education, the range of offered services, the marketing strategy and the analyses of potential client.The 6th part of this work is dedicated for the implementation plan– allocation, the attraction of finances, stages that are important for the successful work.In the 7th part there is a description of companies’ financial plan (proceeds, profit, losses, and prognosis). In work author has used methods of economic and statistic analyses.In research there is an analysis of different factors that influence education, mutual interconnection between the economical developments of regions. The character of the work is theoretical.Different normative documents and published materials are used for analyses.The work consists of 96 pages, 38 tables and 17 pictures.
