Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „A/S Grindex finansu analīze”. Darbs veidots no divām daļām.No praktiskās un teorētiskās daļas.Teorētiskajā darba daļā ir aplūkots finansu analīze no teorētiskā aspekta, kā arī finansu analīzes mērķis, tā būtība, lietotāji un uzdevumi, gada pārskata svarīgums finansu analīzē, finansu pārskatu vertikālā un horizontālā analīze, finansu rādītāju analīze un bankrota analīze.Darba praktiskajā daļā autore pamatojoties uz teorētiskās daļas, veica uzņēmuma „A/S Grindex” bilances un peļņas vai zaudējuma analīzi par 2009., 2010., 2011., un 2012. gadu, deva savus secinājumus par uzņēmuma finansu stāvokli kā arī mēģināja noteikt to pārmaiņu iemeslus.Diplomdarba apjoms ir 64 lapaspuses, tajā ietilpst 27 tabulas, 1 attēls un 16 formulām, kā arī no 6 pielikumiem.Diplomdarba izstrādei izmantoti 13 literatūras un informācijas avoti.Darbam ir teorētiskā un praktiskā vērtība. -
