Maģistra darba „Uzņēmuma motivācijas sistēmas nozīmība” mērķis ir izpētīt ar darbinieku motivāciju saistītos teorētiskos aspektus un veikt pētījumu par personāla apmierinātības līmeni ar darbinieku motivēšanas pasākumiem un to pilnveidošanas iespējām uzņēmumā RP SIA „Rīgas satiksme”.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir apskatītas un salīdzinātas pazīstamākās motivācijas teorijas.
Darbā tika izmantotas tādas pētniecības metodes kā teorētiskā izpēte (literatūras un interneta resursu analīze), empīriskā (darbinieku aptauja, izmantojot anketas), datu statistiskā apstrāde un analīze.
Darba pētījuma daļā veikta RP SIA „Rīgas satiksme” administrācijas darbinieku aptauja par motivācijas faktoriem uzņēmumā, bet darba nobeigumā izklāstīti pētījuma rezultāti un sniegti priekšlikumi.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no 97 lapaspusēm, 39 attēliem, 2 tabulām, 55 informācijas avotiem un 3 pielikumiem.

The goal of Master's Thesis “The Importance of a Motivation System in company” is to research the theoretical aspects of employee motivation and to do a research of employee satisfaction and motivational actions and the their enhancement possibilities in Riga municipal limited liability company "Rīgas satiksme".
In the theoretical part of this thesis the most popular motivational theories are reviewed and compared.
In this thesis such research methods like theoretical research (analysis literature and internet resources), empirical research (staff survey with the help of forms), data statistical research and analysis, have been used.
A survey of motivational factors was carried out among the administrative staff of Riga municipal limited liability company "Rīgas satiksme" which serves as the research part of this thesis. As a conclusion, the results of the research and proposed changes have been laid out.
The Master's Thesis consists of 97 pages, 39 images, 2 tables, 55 information sources and 3 annexes.
