| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus un tā attīstības iespējas Latvijā”.
Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēts nekustamā īpašuma jēdziens. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkots nekustamā īpašuma tirgus jēdziens, tā veidi un īpatnības. Trešajā nodaļā autors aplūko Latvijas nekustamā īpašuma attīstības vēsturi un uz to ietekmējošos faktorus. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek analizēts pašreizējais nekustamā īpašuma tirgus stāvokli Latvijā. Piektajā nodaļā tiek aplūkots hipotekārais kredīts, tā jēdziens, likmes un atmaksa. Sestajā nodaļā tiek pētīts inflācijas apkarošanas plāns un tā ietekme uz nekustamā īpašuma attīstību Latvijā.
Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt likumdošanas aktus, veikt nekustamo īpašumu tirgus, hipotēku kredīta un inflācijas apkarošanas plāna analīzes, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus to uzlabošanai.

| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor thesis title is “Real estate market and its development potentials in Latvia”.
In the first section there’s inspection of real estate notion. In the second section there’s overview of real estate market notion, its forms and individualities. Third section deals with development history of Latvian real estate market and impact facts on it. In the fourth section there’s inspection of current real estate market situation. Fifth section deals with the analysis of mortgage loans themselves, interest rates and payments. Sixth section investigates inflation reduction plan and its influence on real estate market.
Bachelor thesis is developed with an objective to investigate legislative acts, carry out analysis of real estate market, mortgage loan and inflation reduction plan, and work out suggestions for improvement.
