Elpceļu infekcijas ir visizplatītākās no cilvēka infekcijas slimībām.
ATSLĒGVĀRDI: antibakteriālā rezistence, antibakteriālie līdzekļi, gram- pozitīvas baktērijas Respiratory tracks infections are the most common of human infections. It is not always such infections can be caused by bacteria. It is therefore very important to identify infectious agents, in order to apply the appropriate antimicrobial agent therapy. Antibiotics improper use may cause resistance of bacteria.
Respiratory tract infections is necessary to determine susceptibility to antibiotics.
The purpose of the paper is investigate infections agents susceptibility to antibiotics. It requires the use of BBLTM disc diffusion method, and a self-contained set of identified sensitivity to antibiotics.
In the process of the work there was drawn a conclusion that from the gram-positive bacteria the more often coming across and the most sensitive to antibiotics was Staphylococcus aureus bacterium. The most resistant gram-positive bacterium was Staphylococcus epidermidis.
Vancomycin was the most effective anti-infective, because the sensitive in all the cases was 100%. KEYWORDS: resistance, gram- positive bacteria, antibiotics
