Abstract
Ergonomic risks on poultry processing line. Master's thesis, 99 pages, 22 figures, 9 tables, 48 literature references, 4 appendices. In Latvian. ERGONOMICS, RISK ASSESSMENT, INTERVENTION, MIOMETRY, POULTRY FARMING. Ergonomic risks in one of Latvian poultry processing lines, using Key indicator method and Rapid upper limb assessment method, are analyzed in the master's thesis. During study data from employee questionnaires are collected and analyzed. Employees muscles fatigue were measured by device MYOTON 3. Overloads and constant monotone arm movements for poultry processing line employees were proven in the study. During work process employee`s arms and legs muscles are overloaded. In the master's thesis practical recommendations for identified ergonomic risk reduction are developed.
